How we keep this current
We update this tracker on the 1st of every month. Every entry is verified against the official source — the embassy site, the university admissions page, or the scholarship body — within the week before publishing. If a deadline changes mid-month, we update it immediately. If something critical opens or closes between updates, we note it here. We don't list every deadline in existence. The tracker covers opportunities that are relevant to Indian students, sufficiently funded or affordable to be realistic, and credible enough that we'd send our own clients there.
Q: Why isn't [my country / scholarship / university] on this tracker?
A: We focus on opportunities relevant to Indian students with credible funding or affordable tuition, weighted toward the countries we know well — Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Finland, Slovenia, Luxembourg, plus the Asian fully-funded scholarships. Email [email protected] if you spot something missing that fits this scope.
Q: How often is this tracker updated?
A: Monthly, on the 1st of each month. Critical changes (deadline shifts, new scholarships opening) are added immediately when we spot them.
Q: Are the deadlines verified?
A: Yes. Every entry is checked against the official source — embassy site, university page, or scholarship body — within the week before each monthly update. The source is linked in every entry.
Q: What does "Eligible" or "Not Eligible" mean for Indian students?
A: Many European universities split their non-EU applicants into sub-tiers based on country of origin. A deadline marked "Not Eligible" means that specific tier doesn't apply to Indian applicants — even if the program itself does. TalTech is the clearest example: their April 1 deadline applies to Indians; the May 1 deadline that's widely cited online only applies to OECD citizens, Georgians, Ukrainians, and non-EU residents already in Estonia.
Q: Why aren't US universities on the tracker?
A: US deadlines cluster in December-January and are highly specific to each school — too granular for a summary tracker. We'd rather point you to each university's admissions page individually.
Q: My English test is booked for after the deadline. Can I still apply?
A: Almost always no. Most European universities require the English test score to be submitted by the application deadline, not booked for after. Plan your test dates 8-12 weeks before your earliest application deadline.
Q: Do you offer help with applications?
A: Yes. We offer paid 1:1 consulting for application strategy, university shortlisting, SOP and LOR review, and end-to-end support. Flat fees only. We don't take commissions from universities — see our pricing page for details.
